While many area hotels provide airport shuttles, your host agencies will be available to assist with complimentary airport shuttles if needed. Please provide as much notice as possible.

Charleston Area Regional Transit Authority (CARTA) has many available routes available, and a FREE Trolley DASH service in the historic peninsula area of downtown Charleston. Route #3 below will connect you at the Visitor Center for the DASH service. See our information table for assistance and detailed information.
The host agencies will also have regular North Charleston, Charleston Peninsula "Downtown", and Mount Pleasant "East Cooper" shuttle routes with vans running from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., with the downtown Charleston route continuing until midnight but only to scheduled pick-up / drop-off locations.
Route #1: North Charleston (Wednesday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) - Tanger Outlet Shops, Fire Museum / North Charleston Visitor Center, The H.L. Hunley (Saturday only).
Route #2: East Cooper (Wednesday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) - USS Yorktown and Medal of Honor Museum, Towne Center Shopping, Boone Hall Plantation, and Fort Moultrie and Isle of Palms Beach upon request
Route #3: Downtown Charleston (Tuesday Evening - Saturday evening from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) - Charleston Visitor Center located at 375 Meeting Street, and the U.S. Customs House at East Bay Street and Market Street. We will try to accommodate requests in close proximity to those drop-off / pick-up locations for attractions such as the Aquarium, Battery Park and Waterfront Park.
Note: After 4 p.m., the Downtown Charleston route will continue until midnight with the only scheduled drop-off / pick-up location being the U.S. Customs House at East Bay Street and South Market Street.
Early Morning Ravenel Bridge Run: (Wednesday - Saturday; Departing Conference Center at 5:15 a.m.) Transportation provided to the base of the Ravenel Bridge for an approximately 2.5 mile run, with pick up on the other side to return to the conference center. This run is one of the best running routes in the city, with spectacular views of the Charleston harbor and Charleston area landmarks all in one vista.
